EXPLORE SUN VALLEY ON TWO WEELS

For all those who love MTB, for those who are searching for unique emotions that only on two wheels can feel, but also for all the people who want to experience and discover Sun Valley with less effort, this is exactly the right post for you! We will give you all the informations you need for a perfect # explorer holiday by Monroc Hotel.

There are countless possibilities for those who love MTB, suitable for all ages and speeds.

For those who want easy and relaxing trails suitable also for families we suggest you THE CICLEPATH OF SUN VALLEY: 35 km along the Noce river crossing beautiful and unforgettable scenaries. The morning you exit by Monroc Hotel, you tabe your #bike and you chose the direction to take. Direction north you can travel until Cogolo in Peio Valley, more or less 21 km where you cross small villages like PELLIZZANO, OSSANA with his Castle. Obviously, you will find some refreshment points to catch breath!Every friday Christian will accompany you for an easy excursion along the cyclepath. 

Direction south you can arrive until Mostizzolo. The scenaty will change: you will cross the other part of the valley, where yo uwill notice limitless expanse of apples. In Caldes you can take a rest and visit the beautiful castle ( free entrance with Trentino Guest Card that we will give you at your arrival). Are you too tired to return back? There is no problem! Load your bike on the Dolomiti Express trian that will bring you in frotn of Monroc Hotel. The price of the trip? Free, it is enough to have the Opportunity Card.

Between all our #monrocpeople, many of them are searching for demanding paths, suitable for the people who have breath and who absolutely need to deal with difference in altitude. In total are 21 TOUR CROSS COUNTRY  between which you can chose. Only to mention some: the tour of Rabbi Tal with 25,6 km, time 5 hours, difference in altitude 1436 mt. Classified as diffilcult. Ot the " centuries old Larici Tour"  with 21,8 km  that you will make in 3 hours and half. Difference in altitude 1199 mt, medium difficulty. For all those who prefer the adrenalinic descents: 7 TRAILS ENDURO.  You can make it with the cableway Daolasa that find itself exactly near Monroc Hotel: in 12 minuteswith your bike by your side you will be in altitude, ready for the descent. Trail Val Meledrio, Trail Val Almazzago, Trail Val Meledrio Family, Trail Folgarida, Trail Lago dei Caprioli e Vaglianella. We love them! For the cableway, remember that is included in the Opportunity card that we give you, you have only to add € 5,00 for the transport of the bike.All this can seem to you too demanding and not suitable for you? In the case we suggest you to try the e-bike, the mountain bike with attended pedals. With less effort you can travel long distances and differences in altitude, so you have the possibility to explore Sun Valely in the total liberty. We tried it with a round in some alpine cottages in Rabbi valley. Beautiful!
