GOURMET TRIP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MOUNTAINS

Try to imagine a head chef together with prestigious wines: it seems a perfect bond to create classy combinations! All this is reality at Monroc Hotel, Saturday 16 June 2018, save the date!

The Chef we are talking about is VINICIO TENNI, a starred chef, who won the Michelin Star in 2013 at the Gallo Cedrone Restaurant in Madonna di Campiglio. 

The wines are a wide selection of the PISONI CELLAR, a company located in "Valle dei Laghi", which produces wines since 1852; it is one of the few cellars which produces holy wines Trentino DOP (slow food), biologiacal red and white wines. They are well-known also for their belief in the BYODINAMIC (the only one in Trentino), symbol of their respect for our territory. 

As you already understood, this is a unique event, a real SENSORIAL EXPERIENCE, a dinner "at four hands", that's of Tenni and our Chef Mario Trifilò, supported by our young staff: Andrea, Vincenzo and Graziano. 

A gourmet dinner which combines the flavours of the mediterranean classic traditions with that typical of our territory, Trentino, in order to reinforce this bond; each dish will be accompained by a glass of wine of the PISONI WINE CELLAR.

All the products and the ingredients will be selected from Vinicio in order to let you live a perfect gourmet trip at 360°. Are you a litle bit curious?!

Biological veal at red beer, zabaglione and salad 

Pisoni Sarica 2012 uvaggio biodinamico di 80% Syrah, 20% Pinot Nero affinato per 18 mesi

Mango, raspberry and mint 

Chocolate ball with sof heart 

Pisoni Vino Santo Trentino 2003 da uve appassite di nosiola (unico vino presidio Slow Food in Italia)
