AN UNMISSABLE JULY AT MONROC HOTEL

July has arrived and will welcome you with a lot of activities organized by us: excursions, events and above all fun. For this month we propose you an interesting agenda: you will find all the activities organized by Monroc, but also the ones of our Pro Loco and those events and activities that we consider unmissable. We believe that the experiences make your holyday special!

MONROC ACTIV PROGRAM

Romina and Christian will accompany you two times a week for an EASY TREKKING excursion and a MTB excursion.

Romina will accompany you every Tuesday morning for a half a day walk until Caprioli Lake (Pellizzano), through the "Gnomes path" until Valpiana. It is a walk that we propose to all of our guests, suitable for all ages. Moreover, in order to make you feel the whole mountain mood and make you live a unique experience, in Valpiana the Monroc BBQ will wait for you, our barbecue prepared by the staff of our kitchen. An excellent opportunity to spend some time all together!

Instead for Thursday, Romina proposes you a BALANCE activity in the late afternoon: as destination we alternate Rabbi Valley with aperitif at Stablasolo alpine cottage or a tour of the districts of Commezzadura with a "Green" aperitif at Dolce Amaro Coffee bar!

On Friday morning Christian proposes you a MTB excursion through the cycle path of Sun Valley or, if you want to feel more adrenaline, we will take the cable lift of Daolasa and from 2200 meters we will come down through the Val Meledrio trail. This is a trail which is suitable also for the families, obviously you have to be familiar with the bike! 

For those more active, every Saturday we organize a daily trekking with Gabriele, our mountain leader. For always be up to date on the proposed activities, we suggest you to have a look our ACTIVITIES AGENDA, where we weekly update all the activities that we propose. We will leave every Saturday morning at 9 am with the bus of Monroc towards unique itineraries.

YOGA WITH VANESSA: every Tuesday afternoon from 5 pm to 6.30 pm Vanessa will wait for you at the reception for a relaxing yoga lesson in our garden.

.. THE PRO LOCO ACTIVITIES

Also our Pro Loco porposes interesting activities:

TREKKING EXCURSIONS: on July 11 there will be an excursion in the afternoon with aperitif at sunset, instead on July 18 there will be a daily trekking at the Vallesinella waterfalls.

NATURE EXCURSIONS: on July 25 from 10.30 am to 12 am, Giuliana will accompany you in the discovery of wild herbs and aromatic plants of the vegetable garden with infusions tastings.

AND OUR TIPS FOR JULY

There are a lot of experiences that you can do in Sun Valley in July, but here we propose and suggest you some unique events: 

CONCERT AT DAWN AT HIGH ALTITUDE: Sunday 23 of July, 2.045 mt. at 5.30 am. We will reach 2045 meters with the cable lift to listen to the concert "Kairos, melodies from the infinity" at dawn. A unique experience. To follow breakfast at an alpine cottage with local products from Val di Sole.

YOGA @DERNIGA WOOD: every Friday afternoon at 4 pm, two hours of relax cuddled by the sounds of the Derniga wood, in harmony with nature. 

#STELVIO_INSTAWALK PHOTO WALK: every Monday afternoon in Rabbi Valley and every Wednesday afternoon in Peio Valley. An easy walk suitable for everybody, but above all for those who love photography, who will have the opportunity to become testimonial of their experience through a photograpgic storytelling. 

BEYOND THE PEAKS..The Flower Path: On July 14 you can live an exciting day thanks to one of the most beautiful climbing routes in the whole Alps, accompanied by the alpine guides from Val di Sole. 

MUSIC AND MOUNTAINS: on July 15 at 3 pm at the Maleda Alta alpine cottage, the Alphorn Trio will play in a unique natural setting.

CERESETUM: on Sunday 16 July you can walk through Ceresè in order to relieve the history and the ancient flavors from Rabbi Valley. Entertainment and meeting of junior folk groups from Trentino.   

We remind you that with your Trentino Guest Card that we will give you at your arrival, you have the opportunity to discover Sun Valley and the whole Trentino without thoughts... free public transport, cable lift, entance to museums (included MUSE in Trento and MART in Rovereto) and other important historical sites...you can leave your car parked in the garage and fully experience your stay in Sun Valley!
