THE MONROC Active Weekly program

From May to October, every day brings a fresh adventure.

Sunrise hikes in Val di Pejo, where the world wakes up with you. MTB rides across meadows facing the Brenta Dolomites. Standing tall among centuries-old firs, ancient guardians of the forest.

MONDAY – Trekking

I’LL TAKE YOU TO SEE THE DOLOMITES

Sant’Antonio di Mavignola, Val Brenta, the view over Crozzon di Brenta. A trekking experience for true explorers.

TUESDAY – Sunrise Trekking

AWAKENING IN THE WOODS

From 15th June to 15th september 2026.

Departure at dawn, breakfast in a mountain hut, Gembro waterfall and the scent of Swiss pine. Pure energy from the very first step.
ROC Moments: Red peaks, alpine breakfast, feet in the glacier stream.

WEDNESDAY – Cycling

CYCLING IN THE DOLOMITES

In the saddle from Alpe Daolasa to Monte Spinale, between breathtaking descents and Dolomite views.
ROC Moments: Brenta views from Malga Fevri, wild descent through Val Meledrio.

WEDNESDAY – Evening Walk

A STROLL THROUGH OSSANA

Departure after dinner, a gentle walk through the village streets at the foot of the castle, ending with fragrant vibes in the botanical garden. The lights of Ossana at dusk.
ROC Moments: the illuminated San Michele Castle, the scents of medicinal herbs.

THURSDAY – Trekking

MEZOL ALPINE HUT

Scented forests, a view of Presanella and a tasty break signed by MOnroc Gusto Lab.
ROC Moments: view on Presaanella peak, a delicious stop, the whistles of marmots.

FRIDAY – Cycling

CYCLING IN VAL DI PEJO

E-bike tour through fortresses, emerald lakes, and downhill rides along old military roads.
ROC Moments: Lake Pian Palù emerald waters, Malga Giumela views, Pejo beer at the hut.

SATURDAY – Trekking

BETWEEN MOUNTAIN HUT AND PASTURES IN VAL DI PEIO

A hike among water reflections, alpine pastures, and traditional mountain farms. A well-deserved break at the mountain hut.
ROC Moments: Covel lake, the “mountain trail”, a pause at Doss dei Gembri hut.

WEDNESDAY – by bike

Pedaling at the Foot of the Dolomites

From Costa Rotian along the “Senter de la Lec”, climbing up Val Meledrio to reach Malga Mondifrà, Malga Vigo and Malga Darè. Descent through Folgarida and back to MONROC.
ROC Moments: the climb through Val Meledrio, the views of the Dolomites.

FRIDAY – by bike

Exploring the Val di Pejo

From Marilleva 900 we ride towards Pont and Malga Mare, then up to Pejo. Stop at Fortino Barba di Fior, climb to Pian Palù Lake and Malga Giumela, then descend the military road to Malga Frattasecca.

FRIDAY – Evening Trek

Walk around Lago dei Caprioli (not available on Friday, October 17th)

At dusk, a gentle hike through the woods to the alpine lake, where reflections and silence create a magical atmosphere. Return with the MONROC Bus and a toast with stone pine grappa.
ROC Moments: sunset lights mirrored in the lake, the scent of the forest, a sip of pine grappa.

SATURDAY – Trekking

Autumn Colors

An itinerary of about 10 km and 500 m of elevation gain, surrounded by larches and firs in full foliage. Golden, copper and fiery shades for a true autumnal alpine immersion.
ROC Moments: centuries-old larches, wide valleys, foliage glowing under the mountain light.
