Each treatment draws its energy from five symbolic trees that thrive in our alpine woods: Pino Mugo (Mountain Pine), Larice (Larch), Abete Rosso (Norway Spruce), Cirmolo (Swiss Stone Pine)—and the fifth element: you.

Each essence carries a specific vibration. The Pino Mugo channels energy and awakens awareness. Larice brings renewal and lightness. Abete Rosso offers nourishment and vitality, while Cirmolo soothes and rebalances. Together, they form a sensory map that guides every ritual and every gesture.

TABLÀ is the heart of our wellness space. A place where warmth seeps deep, and the body finally lets go. Inspired by the old mountain barns where people gathered to rest, restore and share silence, this spa invites you to surrender to the essential.

Here, you move slowly. From the dry heat of the Finnish sauna to the enveloping steam bath. From emotional showers to deep lounging in the herbal-infused relaxation area. Everything is designed to restore your natural rhythm—especially after a day outdoors.

Wrapped in scents of hay and stone pine, suspended in soft light, you rediscover what it means to feel without thinking, and to stop without guilt.

What you’ll find inside TABLÀ

TABLÀ offers a complete wellness circuit, inspired by Alpine traditions and designed to restore the body after activity and reconnect it with stillness. Here’s what awaits you:

Finnish Sauna
Dry, intense heat that stimulates deep sweating and helps eliminate excess fluids. Ideal for muscle relaxation and sleep regulation.
Recommended: 10–15 minutes. Towel required.

Steam Bath
An enveloping cloud of vapor that supports breathing and leaves the skin soft and elastic.
Recommended: 10–15 minutes. Enter without a towel.

Infrared Sauna
Deep, internal warmth through infrared rays. Perfect for releasing muscle tension and stimulating relaxation.

Kneipp Path
A revitalizing hot–cold water circuit that promotes circulation and a sensation of lightness in the legs.
Ideal after sports activity. Repeat twice for full effect.

Emotional Showers
A blend of aromas, chromotherapy and water jets that reset the senses. Especially effective after sauna or steam sessions.

Hydromassage Pools
Two pools with 37° hot water for vascular and muscular regeneration. Gentle yet effective psycho-physical stimulation.

Relaxation Areas
Three dedicated zones where you can stretch out, sip herbal tea, and let the fragrances of the mountains do their work.
Wellness tip: rest at least 20 minutes between sauna sessions.
