Every course offers a choice, so you can follow your instinct and build your own route. To complete the journey, our wine selection changes daily, pairing each dish with bottles that speak the same language: intense, curious, alive.

Inside the hotel, after sunset, Ortisé opens its doors. Expect a curated dinner experience where local ingredients meet creative flair. Seasonal tasting menus, a warm alpine vibe, and a few surprises straight from our Gusto Lab.
