THE CAKE AT CHOCOLATE AND CHILI PEPPER: THE RECIPE!
... We cannot only let your droll in mounth, we decided to give you the recipe of this fabolous cake!
We already taste it, and it was a surprise...the crunchiness mixed together with the softness of the chocolate cream and a little bit of chili pepper...indescribable!
Our Chef mario Trifilò revealed his personal recipe.
400 g. flour "00"
50 gr. bitter cocoa
150 gr.soft butter
1/2 yeast bag
lemon & vanilla
500 ml. milk
175 gr. sugar
100 gr. flour
4 egg yolks
1 vanilla pod (BLEND TOGETHER and ADD TO THE MILK AND LET IT BOIL FOR 2 MINUTES)
200 ml. fresh cream
300 gr. dark chocolate (BOIL THE CREAM AND EMULSIFY ALL TOGETHER. USE AS FILLING OR TO COVER YOUR CAKE)
After covering a baking pan ( 22 cm), mix together 400 gr patissiere creme with 350 gr chocolate ganache. Add a chili pepper teaspoon.
Bake it for 40 minutes at 160° temperature.
The preparation semms not so easy and it request some time to be ready , but it worth it. Try to make by yourself the cake, and share with us this moments!
