To ensure a hassle-free stay, we provide some essential information.

NO PETS sorry
Due to the hypoallergenic setup of our rooms and spaces, we do not accept pets (dogs, cats, and other animals).
Check-in/out
Rooms and suites are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure. The reception is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Late checkout is available upon request and availability of the room (with an extra charge).
NO smoking hotel
We welcome many things, but smoking is not one of them. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
SPA Access
Access to the SPA area is permitted only for guests aged 15 and over. Sauna and Turkish bath must be accessed without a swimsuit. The use of a towel is mandatory in saunas seats.
POOL Access for Children
Children under the age of 12 are allowed in the pool only from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 3 pm to 5 pm. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
A Place for Explorers
We warmly welcome guests of all ages, and we love seeing little explorers discovering the beauty of our mountains. However MONROC doesn’t offer specific services or facilities for children.
